Our recruitment team sifts hundreds of candidates: screening, background checks, a written interview, and skills-matching.
Top candidates (usually 5–20) complete a paid test based on your actual work — clocking in with our onboarding manager like a real workday. We assess communication, organization, attention to detail, intuition, comfort with AI tools, and ability to follow instructions.
Finalists interview with our US-based Onboarding Manager and PH-based Happiness Manager. Both must give the green "potential unicorn" light.
We send you the top 2–5 profiles: resumes, video introductions, and paid-test results as they graduate our process.
A meet-and-greet with your favorites to make sure you mesh. Not feeling it? We repeat the process until you find your unicorn.
Your VA starts working — already paid for. We check in daily, make sure end-of-day reports go out, and help them learn how you communicate.
Our performance manager collects your feedback and schedules calls with your VA to help them uplevel — including training on new AI tools and software as you need them.
